Bespoke Training and Professional Development Designed Around You
Whether you’re a school principal, a college leader, or an educator passionate about doing more for your students, we can help. We can work closely with your facility to design, develop, and implement bespoke training programmes and professional development courses that are tailored exactly to your own needs and requirements.
It doesn’t matter if you’re looking to improve your own knowledge of edtech and boost your confidence working with Google Workspace, or you want to introduce the benefits of technology to your students – or even their parents! We hand select all of our amazing trainers for their ability to teach at all levels in a way that’s fun and engaging .
We know there’s absolutely no point talking about topics that aren’t relevant to you or your students. That’s why we’ve created a 4-step approach which means that everything we do is helping your school or college move forward in the right direction:
We have an initial meeting with senior leaders to gain an understanding of who you are and what you do, giving us a base upon which to build your training programme.
Where possible, we like to meet with key staff to understand development needs from their perspective. This ensures we’re supporting educators in the very best way.
We assess and analyse the responses from your team, designing a plan of action that meets staff needs in order to create a powerful and positive impact on your students.
We talk you through our plan and welcome your input. We’re happy to adapt our training programmes in any way to make sure you’re getting the most value from them.
Once we’ve agreed on a professional development programme, the only thing left to decide is how you want that programme delivered. We can deliver training on-site, or online, so just let us know what you’d prefer.
Our Professional Development Training Programmes
While every professional training programme we deliver is built from scratch for each school and college we work with, we find that we cover many of the same topics regularly. If you’re not quite sure what sort of training you’d benefit from, here’s a quick look at some of the courses we’ve delivered recently to provide a little inspiration:
